Tried Late Today
For Second Time

trial beforo a Justice court Jury on
a charge of possession of intoxicat
ing liquor. Five of the six Jurors
for the ruses were selected Satur
day. Thoy are W. J, Bertram, Luke
Walker. Kd. Bodge, Glenn H. Jes
ter ,nd W. Monlellus. ,11. Hackney,
a. sixth Juror chosen, is out of town.

rested on April 22 by State Prohibi

Will Be Given

Kalis, heads of the art departments
have planned an exhibit of all
work done from the upper grade
school on Kriday afternoon and
evening In the Central school.
The exhibition has been planned
by Miss Olive. Wilson, head of the
domestic art department, and by
Russell Kidder, head of the manu
al training department.. The ex
hibit will bo held in the lower hall
of the school, the hours from 1 p.
