this morning to the contracting
firm of John Alrceter & Son ot
Portland. . Ore. The offer of the
Portland concern was $97,437 and
in case the school board has ut
tlclent funds for the construction of
play - sheds the . bid would be
$108,317.
Contract' for' the plumbing, heat
ing and lighting ot tbe new school
has not yet been let. Bids for. this
work are now under consideration.
It developed at the board meeting
last night that the board must fig
ure close to have sufficient funds
for ' the construction of toe entire
