building, structure, wharf, pier, on
dock which "is infested with ground
squirrels and ether noxious rodentB
or predatory anituais, cr as soon as
the presence of the same shall come
to his, their or its knowledge, at
once prococj and continue in good
faith to exterminate and destroy
such rodents by poisoning, trapping
or other appropriate and effective
means. (L. 1919, c. 127:1).
WITNESSETH: That poisonen

ground squirrels may he procured
