tentiary, are expected to return to
the prison today after having been
allowed by Governor Pierce to spend
the Jewish passover week at their
homes In Portland. The, two were
sentenced .to serve two and a halt
years In the penitentiary tor receiv
ing stolen goods In Portland. Harry
Goldstein was given a day's leave of
absence about - two weeks" ago so
that he might attend the christening
of j a newly arrived babe at his
home In Portland. o
