Dr. T, C. Campbell by Milton M.
Vale of this city, were repudiated
Saturday afternoon by a verdict re
turned by nine of 12 Jurors who sa,t
In Judgment In the cose.
Vale sued the local physician fur
$25,000, alleging that he was Injur
ed In thct amount tor negligence of
Dr. Campbell In performing the op
eration. The plaintiff set forth In
h's claim for damages that while
Dr. Campbell was a skilled uml able
physician, that he was careless in
the performance of his work.
It took the jury two hours to de-
c'de that Dr. Campbell was not re-1
sponsible for any condition that Vale
might be suffering from. The ver
dict was signed by the following
Jurors: E. O. Argravcs, Fred Gren
ron. A. E. Gale, C. E. Burton, W.
C. Balfour, C. C. Lewis, C. A. Pauley,
Lloyd Ryan and A.J3. Benslnger.
