during the present opldpmlp that has

occurred yesterday afternoon at 5:30
p. m. when Lyle F. Johnston, aged
27, died at bis home on 703 north
Ninth street. ;
Johnston had been a resident of
Klamath coudty for one year and
nine months, having come here from
Everett, Washington. He was em
ployed aa a steam fitter for -the
Lorenz Plumbing company. He was
a" member of the American Legion.
