ervation cemetery without any offic
ial notice being given of hi violent
death last Sunday to tie coroner'

I. A. Towey, stipulate that In case
of a person meeting a vlolont death,
the facts of the death should be re
ported to the county coroner and a
proper examination conducted by the
coroner. The failure to do this by
authorities at Chlloquin. In the Jack,
son case, constitutes a disregard of
legal requirements In tbe case, the
doputy county coroner said. .
Jackson according to reports made
to the Justice of tbe Peace R. C.
Spink of Chlloquin, had been drink
ing heavily prior to tha fatal ride
on horseback through the .'street of
Chlloquin, HI bora stumbled and
Jackson was thrown violently to the
ground, lighting on bis head. The
fatality occurred at' 3 p. m. and
ideath ealme three hours later from
concussion of the brain. ' .
