Grand Jury On Charge
Not sufficient evidence supported
the charge of larcsny In a dwelling
against G. Knoll to warrant the de
fendant being bound over to the
grand Jury, Justice of the Peace

afternoon after bearing the case.

regulations and is now distributing
them to local business houses. The
new . rates 'Will become effective
April 13. There is a slight increase
in many rates, especially on postal
cards which will hereafter require a
