that the County ot Klamath shall
and will pay to second party the
lump sum ot Fire Hundred forty
(1540) Dollars, such payment to
bii In consideration ot tho full re
lease ot said County by the secoriS
party on account of said Injury.
And In consideration ot such pay
ment ot said sum, the second party
hereto expressly acknowledges full
satisfaction and compensation for
said Injury, aud hereby releases and
exonerates the said Klamath County
and the said County Court, and any
and all ot their agents or employes',
from any and all claim tor dam
ages or compensation on account ot
said Injury of second party an said
July 5th. 1924. it being expressly
understood and agreed that this
settlement shall and does cover all
damages heretofore resulting from
said injury, as wel as all claims for
damages that may hereafter arlso
on account thereof.

" Whereas, on the 2nd day ot Jan
uary. 1925. ad agreement was duly
entered, Into by and between this
County Court, for and on behalf ot
Klamath County, as first party, and
Tom ' Tracy, as second party., ad
justing and settling the claims tor
damages arising out of the Injury to
Tom Tracy by the accidental rls
charge ot a tire arm in the bands
of a guard of the Jail, on the 5ttt
day. ot July, 1924. In which said
agreement it was provided that for
and In consideration" of the full
satisfaction and release of Klamath
County and 1U ' agents, by said Tom
Tracy said 'Klamath County, 'should
pay Bald Tom Tracy the sum of
Five hundred forty (S540) Dollars.
