LOCAL WAREHOUSE
IS LOOTED AGAIN
Breaking through a front window,
one or more robbers entered the
People's Warehouse on South Sixth
street early this morning and rifled
the warehouse till of a smalMimount
of silver, aggregating about $6.60.
Discovery of the robbery was made
this morning . by Warren Bennett,
manager of the warehouse.
About a year ago the warehouse
Ufa, broken into and the safe car
ried away by the robbers. Several
weeks later the safe was located
north of Klamath Falls, with the
door blown off by explosives.
Peerless Cafe Is Sold
to Chocolate Shop Men
By virtue of a deal consummated
today, IP. J. Zlssos and Zed Alex,
proprietors of .the Chocolate Shop
on Main, between Eighth an Ninth,
purchased the Peerless restaurant
on Main street between Seventh and
Eighth streets, from O. A. Nlcbel.
The new owners took pJssesalon this
morning. -
The purchasers of the local tcs
taurant have been in business in
Klamath Falls , for about four
months. Coming from Portland, Mr.
Zlasos opened the Chocolate Shop
in the Itiley building.
Mr. Nickel has owned the Peer
less restaurant for about a year.
