baseball fans who wore planning on
attending a meeting In chamber of
comerce rooms Friday evening, will
keep, Monday night open for the
same occasion, the date having been
changed to accommodate those who
Were in demand at the mlnstrol
show but who are also Interested in
the baseball question.
A committee to Investigate tho
stand to be taken by the players
and fans will be named at this meet
ing, with decision as to the nature
of- tho teams also. Dr. O. A. Mas
soy will preside.
Whether Klamath Falls -will have
a team linked with an outside tram
of southern Oregon or northern Cali
fornia, whether they will form their
team around a nucleus of Industrial
tna-.no; or wuether they will combine
into one ciu- forco. th?sc are the
questions to be decided upon Mon
day. The method of financing will
also" be brought up and sent before
tho committee. The aim of the
group will be to satisfy the fans and
not the players, according to Dr.
Massey In discussing the project to
day. All men Interested and who
have had experience in the pill hit
ting line aro expected to turm out
Monday in support of the mythical
Klamath Falls league.,
