lyn Lundstrom, Mrs. Day's sister,

Lundstrom produced the note and
her explanation 'of the circumstances
under which It was written when
she was brought into a Beverely
Hills police court yesterday, charged
with aiding and abetting the al
leged plot to disfigure Day. She was

cated that Mrs. Day believed her
mother-in-law's attitude waa re
sponsible for her estrangement from

though her condition remained
