and setting forth the reasons for the
same, and it appearing to said court
that the County Surveyor has made
a plat of the preliminary line, show
ing the alignment of said proposed
road and the general topography
adjacent, and showing the ties to
government corners along said road,
and it appearing to the court that
said plat and said report further
states that , none of said premises
will -be less valuable by reason of
the proposed location of said road,
and said plat and said report hav
ing been filed in the offlca of the
CouBtT Clerk on the dale 'fixed by
the county court, and at the next
regular term of said county court
following the expiration of 10 days
after the filing of tho report of
Bald Board of County Road Vie vers,
and being at , the December term
of the said court, the said court
having caused said report to be pub
licly read on two different days of
said term, to-wlt; on the 3rd day of
December, 1324, and on the 6th day
of December, 1924, and no per

Road Fund until more fundi have
been collooted.

that the County Treasurer transfer
tho sum of $8,000.00 from the Cur
rent Expense Fund of the County
to the Market Road Fund of tho
County, and that same be re-paid
tho Current Expense Fund by the
Market Road Fund as soon as mon
eys are received by the Market
Road Fund from' tho collodion of
taxes.
