pay over to Klamath County the
moneys embraced ln its budget levy

faction of this Court that said City
does not have in hand sufficient
funds with which to make such re-
dempticn; and It is desirable and
for the best Interest of said cltv.

Now therefore, be it resolved, and

Court of Klamath County, Oregon,
