has been virtually driven out of the
Baltic states and Finland through
Russian competition and is rapidly
disappearing from the Scandinavian,
German and Dutch markets before
Russian grain, according to a re
port on Russian commerce issued in
Berlin by Peter Petroff, an attache
of the Russian commercial delega
tion In Germany. Mr. Petroff wo

government, and has lived for many

the French sculptor Fremiet, whteh

nated to the city a statue of Theodore
Roosevelt mounted upon a horse as a
