E. Fox, on trial for murder, irtis on a
three-day drunk prior to the shooting
and killing of William S. Coburn,
the prosecution charged today while
Congressman Summers, 6th Texas
district, testified today to Fox's
character. .'
Solicitor-General Bovkin asked U
the congressman knew Fox was ar
rested In a local hospital In this con

and threatened the lite of the ar
resting officer. The congressman said
