Present stocks of gas and fuel oils are 1,250,278,000 gallons, a decrease of 71,000,000 gallons as compared with the February reserve. Compari son of the first quarter ct this year with a similar, period last year shows an increased production ot '140,741,000 gallons and an Increased domestic consumption of 458,335,000 gallons.
