Smith was elocted arraa ncnt chairman and A. L. Wishard permanent secretary. By-laws were adopted and other business trans acted. A committee was appointed to confer with the ministerial association rcl auvo to cnurcn representation on the council. Endorsement was giv en to the county unit plan of school administration.
