er's bullet, while in an ambulance
on his way to a Eugene hospital

Tbe fatality occurred when Elmer
Yeoman of Creswler mistook him
tor a deer. Hebert, who Is about
30 years ot age, leaves his wife
and a small child. Yeoman gave
himself up to Sheriff Fred Stickles.
