The Foundation of the Prosperity of this City is Its
PAY ROLLS
1
THE LAKESIDE LUMBER COMPANY. PAY ROLL FROM FEB
RUARY TO DECEMBER LAST YEAR WAS .NEARLY $50,000.00
(ABOUT $5,000.00 PER MONTH). THIS MONEY WAS SPENT
IN KAMATH FALLS.
-
Every merchant, lawyer, doctor, insurance man and preacher got part
of it. It went into the cash registers of every store, restaurant, picture
house, hotel, pool room, dance hall and garage. The churches, the under
taker, the tax collector, the landlords, the Red Cross, the itinerant beg
gar and the fraternal orders all got their part of it.
Every person who bought Windows, Doors, Millwork and Lumber
from us contributed to this Pay Roll. We believe the citizens of Klam
ath Falls appreciates this contribution to the General Prosperity.
