A fRASYwV-LL wTi Peopi.es MoMea-SMtWAYSATcmwra g HEKl RESOLUTION DECLARING INTEN- TENTION TO MAKE STREET IMPROVEMENT The city engineer pursuant to reso lution of the Common Council ot the city of Klamath Falls, Oregon, having under date of December llth, 1920, tiled his plana, specifications and es timates of costs ot improving Fourth street from southerly line of Kla math avenue to tho southerly line of Oak avenue; Fifth street from the southerly line of Klamath avenue to tho southerly lino of Willow avonuo; Walnut avonuo from tho northerly lino ot Fourth street to tho south erly lino of Sixth Btreet; Oak avenue from tho northerly line ot Fourth street to tho southly Una ot Seventh street and Willow avenue from the northoly lino ot Fifth street to the southorly line of Sixth street, together with all Intersections be tween the termini montloned not al ready improved; Such Improvement to consist In bringing said portions ot said street io tho established grade and hard surfacing tho Bamo with Ditulltblc, pavement to tho fol lowing wldthts; Fourth street from Klamath to Oak tho hard surfacing to bo 26 feot in width; with four foot coment sldo walks on each side ot the street so far as improved. The sidewalk to be Installod four feet In width, together with proper and adequate drainage and curbing.
