ing named as. president, Itobert A.
Nltcbell as treasurer, and Mrs. Sarah
Osborne as secretary. These officers
will hold over until tho regular elec
tion which will bo held about tho
middle ot this month, and perman
ent officers will bo seated on Febru
ary 2.
In the meantime a by-laws commit
tee is at work, and complete arrange
ments are being made to launch the
organization fully equipped to do
business the first of next month.
About 20 musicians attended the
meeting.
