now. The Oregon Institution would
with the new mlllage, not only be
spending 870 a year leaa. but would

than one-half In buying power since
the pre-war period.
It can hardly be supposed from the
facta art forth above that the Oregon
Institutions are mismanaged. On the
contrary they are very ably managed.
