DIE EATERS GET
KHTiiLE
The American men and women
must guard constantly, against Kid'
ney trouble because V4' eat too much
and all our food 1b rich. Our blood
is filled with uric acid which the kid
neys strive to filter out, they weaken
from overwork, become sluggish;
the ellmlnatlve tissues clog and the
result is kidney trouble, bladder
weakness and a general decline in
health.
When your kidneys feel like
lumps of lead; your back hurts or
the urine Is cloudy, full of sediment
-r you are obliged to seek relief two '
or three times a night; if you suffer
with sick headache or dizzy, nervous
spells, acid stomach, or you have
rheumatism when the weather is
bad, get from your pharmacist about
four ounces of Jad Salts; take a
tablespnonful'in a glass of water be
fore breakfast for a few days and
your kidneys will then act fine. This
famous salts is made from the acid
of grapes and lemon juice, combin
ed with lithia, and has been used
for generations to flush and stimu
late clogged kidney; to neutralize
the acids in the urine so it no longer
is a source of irritation, thus end
ing bladder disorders.
Jad Salts is inexpensive; cannot
injure, makes a delightful efferves
cent lithia-water beverage, and be
longs in every home, because no
body can make a mistake by having
a good kidney flushing any time.

Headaches are caused by autoin
toxication which means self-poisoning.
Liver and bowel poisons called
toxins, sucked into the blood excite
the heart which pumps the blood so
fast that it congests in the smaller
arteries and veins of the head, pro
ducing violent, throbbing pain and
distress, called headache. You be
come nervous, despondent, sick, fev
erish and miserable, your meals sour
and almost nauseate you. Then you
resort to ncetanllld, aspirin or the
bromides, which temporarily relieve
but do not rid the blood of these ir
ritating toxins.
A glass of hot water with a tea-
spoonful of limestone phosphate In
it, drank before breakfast will not
only wash these poisons from your
system and cure you of headacho,
hut will cleanse, purify and' freshen
the alimentary canal.
Ask your pharmacist for a quarter
pound of limestone phosphate. It is
inexpensive, harmless as sugar.
