Grocery, for tho period of one month from tho date of employment of tho Cash Saving
Flan by said store, nny merchandise carried In stock, at a prlco figured to bo tho
invoico cost plus transportation.
This application Is made with understanding that tho sum of $2.23, representing
tho payment herewith, shall be hehl by the First State & Savings Hank of Klamath
Falls, Oregon, in escrow for the said store until Five Hundred applications similar to
this shall have been signed and deposited with tho nggvegato sum of $1,125.00 with
the said Bank, provided Five Hundred applications, with proper remittances, shall be
received by the said Rank on or before 1920. It is
further understood by the undorslgned that when Five Hundred such applications
shall have been received, each accompanied by tho proper remittance, and the date for
the beginning of the operation ot tho Cash Saving Plan shall have been designated and
announced by tho store, then the Bank shall pass to tho cerdlt of tho storo tho whole
sum so deposited in escrow, after which undersigned shall be allowed, for tho period
of one month, to purchase any merchandise carried In stock by tho said store, at cost
pfus transportation. If tho total ot Five Hundred applications shall not have been
