brought into the case other than

Sho and her daughter, 14 years
old, were tho only occupants of the
house, other than Dean, tho night of

night and heard no disturbance. Mrs.
Dean, when first questioned, said'
she was not awakened by any noise
on the uper floor about 4 o'clock in
the morning. Shu told the authori
ties she found Dean's body When she

notified the neighbors. Dean's razor

some ashes In the kitchen stove,
Dean is supposed to have had
about $100 In cash In his possession
