the fisheries and game committees of
the senate and house of the state
legislature have been called for a
joint session to bo held here today by
Governor Olcott. An invitation also is
extended to anyone conscientiously
interested in gaining "a definite and
amicable solution of the fish and
game .problems of the state," to be
present at the meeting.
'With the proposed joint meeting
t' the committees from both the sen
ate and the house I am hopeful that
some concrete solution may be reach
ed as to fish and game matters for
presentation to the legislature tho
following week," said the governor.
"It is'my Intention to' present to the
joint committee the recommenda
tions I will have to make to the legis
lature relative to tho segregation of
