easterly corner of tho Nltcholm tract
and between Tracts Nos. 31 and 37,
Entorprlso tracts.
It appearing to tho court that the
Nltcholm water ditch has and is now
running across the land of C. W.
Eborloin, and that It will bo for tho
best Interests of all parties concern
ed, and will not injuro tho county
road nor inconvenience tho public if
said application bo granted, and that
said Fred Nltcholm be allowed to
run said ditch along said road as
describod herein, until tho further
order of this court.
