to the war, there should be a pro
portionate advance ia their fees. Tho
justice of this contention has been
officially recognized by the Minister
of Health. Being of opinion, he
state, that the present minimum feos
of 60 cents and 84 for primary vac
cinations at private houses are in
adequate he has Issued an order,
which comes into force in December,
