Mr. Hepburn is a teacher of dancing not the ordinary, every-day jazz dancer, but a teacher of the art ot dancing that is fast becoming the recognized paitlme of the people of tho nation who have tired of the "rag" that has been the source of much criticism. He has for years taught dancing in the army and navy circles and is one of the very few teachers recognized by the govern ment.
