The answer is an easy one. I have always believed in patronizing home industry. When I decided to equip my store with the latest cases, counters and other furnishings, I also decided to have the work done here at home. I could have sent away for these things and gotten them quicker. I would probably have saved some money. I would have saved a great deal of time, for they are carried in stock by the large manufacturers, and could be shipped at once. But if I did so, my money would have gone away from Klamath Falls. As it is, it has remained here. It has-been paid to the lumber man, the mill man, the carpenter, and by them passed on to their em ployes, and still further to the merchants of the city. My plan has always been to make every dollar that comes to Klamath Falls work here for us just as long as we can possibly keep it. If we all follow that course we are sure to have a bigger, better and more prosperous city. . ., . - ,.. .- , ; K. Sugarman I AIN'T MAD AT NOBODY ! i 1 I I ?
