Liberty Loan organization baa spent

train will make four of five stops a

carry batteries of loan speakers. In

perfected peace treaty would be pre
sented to German representatives on
the coming Friday. While the treaty
hns been communicated to them in
substance, it Is said In well Informed
quarters that It would bo physically
Impossible to prepare a document in
complete final form In the four days
remaining.
President Wilson absented himself
from the Premiere Conference on the
Adriatic question today.
