PROHIBITING DAIRIES IN CITY
LIMITS IS APPROACHING TO
BE PUT TO COUNCIL
What promises to be a red-hot con
troversy is looming in the distance
over the amendment ot the ordinance
prohibiting the maintenance ot
dairies within 'the city limits. This
ordinance waa passed after years ot
work and solicitation of residents of
first one section ot the city, and then
another, as dairies were discontinued
or established.
An ordinance has been presented to
the council by Attorney Van Emon,
nsklng tor the amendment of this or

Buena Vista addition, and the graz
