Store at the corner of filvth and

She engaged AJtorney Ferguson to
fight for her rights and he brought
action In the probate court with a
contention thnt thore was a later will,
dated 1910, leaving most of the prop
erty to the wife, which disappeared
from tho safe deposit box. .
The suit was lost in the probato
court but won in appeal to the cir
cuit court. A second appeal to the
btate supreme court resulted in the
decision that thore had been another.
