has fixed' the hour of 10 o'clock in
tho forenoon ot the 24th day of
February, A. D. 1919, and the court 1
room of said Court as tho placo ',
and time tor the hearing ot tho poti-
tion of the Board ot Directors ot the
Enterprise Irrigation District of
Klamath County, Orogon, which peti
tion has been tiled vvlth tho clerk of
the Circuit Court of the State of Ore
gon tor Klamath County, and which
said petition prays that tho Circuit
Court ot the State ot Oregon, fort
Klamath County will examine into all I
the proceedings In connection with
the organization of the Enterprise Ir-.
rigation District, and all the proceed
ings providing for and authorizing '
tho issuance of the bonds ot said dis
trict. Any person interested in tho or
ganization ot said Enterprise Irriga
tion District, or In tho proceedings
