The cost of a ten lach dressing of the cinders with the necessary grading up and trench cutting will not exceed eighty tents per front foot, according to Mr. Cleghorn. The ten Inches of cinders would pack to a thickness of about seven Inches. , It is expected that the formal ar rangements by the city to go ahead with the new Improvement, will be made as rapidly as possible.
