' v UiM AUSTRIA IN DECIDED HURRY TO GET PEACE IM MEDIATE ARMISTICE ON ALL FRONTS ASKED OF WILSON GERMAN EDITOR BITTERLY ASSAILS KAISER AND HIS THIRTY YEARS OF POLITICS CALLS A "FILM" HERO HIM i (By Associated Pruts) . AMSTERDAM, Oct. 28. Austria accepts all the views xpressed by President Wilson in his note of October 18th. Austria is ready to negotiate peace and immediate arm ietice without awaiting the result of other negotiations. The reply to the President says she is willing and' ready without awaiting the result of other negotiations, to nego 'tiate peace and an immediate armietice on all the Austro Hpngarian fronts. The reply of Wilson on the 18th stipulated that the Aus trian government would have to satisfy the political aspira tions of its own people, who should be the judge of their rights and destinies. It called attention to the fact that the United State had recognized the Czec.ho-Slovaks national council as a de facto belligerent government, and recog nized the claims of the Jugo-Slavs for freedom. WASHINGTON, D. C, Oct 28. A German reply as serting that negotiations, for peace are being conducted by a people's, government, with actual and constitutional powers ;ah"d that the terms of the American and Allied Sovernmehta for armistice are awaited, has reached the wiss legation today. "Germany't rejoinder to the President's last note is rather Unexpected, as it was not generally regarded as re-quirinTjaaniwer." LONDOtf, Ort. II.
