Letters from all parts or ure gon hare been received by Professor Shepherd, who has the course In charge. Negotiations for competent Instructors have been completed, and the course starts this month. It will run six days a week, with three peri ods a day. At least 100 persona are expected to start In the course. Only men who are due for the next draft or subsequent drafts, who have passed the required physical exami nations nnd show the ability to be come successful semaphore, telegraph and wireless operators will be admit ted to the course.
