either of the animals or wagon and

WASHINGTON, D. C, July 30.-
Court plaster, said to have been dis
tributed by German sympathizers,
has been found by chemical analysis
by the department of Justice to con
tain tetanus germB. Attorney Gen
eral Gregory today warned the pub
lic to use only court placter from re
liable sources.
The department of Justice has au
thorized the following statement rela
tive to Its Investigation of sates of

grading. At Myers hill another
crew are busy blasting the rocks and
teams and men are strung all along
the line and from the Gap to Klamath
Falls doing grading. After leaving
the Gap the survey runs practically
on a straight line and no curves are
being made to escape hills or rocky
embankments. At the present state
of progress it looks as it the road
will be completed to Dairy this fall
without question.

Returning Home
to Los Angeles
Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Riga's of Los
Angeles are camped at the city auto
camp grounds at the west end of
town. They expect to remain here a
few days and will probably see Crater
Lake before starting the return trip.
