9. Classes of charges for water,
rights. Tho water-right charges are
of two classes, to-wlt: (1) a charge
against each Irrigable acre to cover
the cost of construction of tho Irri
gation system, called tho construction
charge: and. (3). an annual charge
against each Irrigablo -aero to cover
tbe coat or operation and maintenance
of tbe systom, called the operation
and maintenance charge.
10. Construction charge. The con.
structlon charge for said lands shall
bo $45 per Irrigablo acre for unen
tered public land and $39 per Irri
gable acre for all other land, payable

tract or otherwise to the provisions

and 8 East. Tbe sale embraces ap
proximately two hundred million feet
ot which about ninety per cent Is
yellow and sugar pine and the re
mainder red and white fir. The cut
ting of red -.and white fir will be op
tional with tbe purchaser. Each bid
must state for each species the
