THE present electric, service load of Klamath Palls if billed to the consumers at the rates to be voted upon by the citizens of Klamath Falls on December Sth, 1916, would save to the public TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS as compared with the rates under which they are forced to live at present. If the franchise which the public is called upon to vote on Tuesday, December Sth carries by a majority of the voters the rates which are embodied in this fran chise become automatically fixed and it is not within the power of any commission or any city officials to raise or lower these rates without the consent of the citizens of Klamath Falls. This will give to Klamath Falls an electric service company absolutely under the control of the citizens to whom service is rendered. This fact alone would be well worth the cost of the election in Klamath Falls in future years as a means of getting low rates for their electricity. If you want cheap power, if you want to support new industries, if you want to keep your money in Klamath rvt..nfy if vnu believe in competition as a means of getting the best service at the lowest price, you should 8 be at the polls and vote for the Keno Power Um pany's franchise on Tuesday, December 5, 1915. r !
