Lee Steirer, superintendent of the hospital, is In Klamath for a few ilajs Cook was committed from Klamath county, after shooting up a tra.n coming to Klamath Falls, but since then numerous efforts to ob tain his release have teen made. Dr. Stelner desUres Cook is crimi nally insane and Would be dangerous Uf released. Dr. Stelner formerly practiced medicine in Klamath Falls and has many friends and acquaint ances here.
