bona fide yearly subscribers to said
newspaper for the reason that it con
tains names of people who are
not such subscribers and also con
tains the names of persons who are
not residents of Klamath county, Or
egon, nnd also contains the names of
Its exchanges to whom tbe said news
paper is sent voluntarily and also
contains many duplicate names, and
that said list should be thrown, out
and not considered by tho court.

paper of Klamath Falls, Oregon, has
the greatest number of bona fide
yearly subscribers living within Klam
ath county, Oregon, and Is entitled
to be designated as the county of
ficial paper of Klamath county, Or
egon, for the year 1916.
IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY
ORDERED, that the Evening Herald,
a newspaper printed and published
in Klamath Falls, Oregon, be and
the samo is hereby designated as the
