perspective of the new city hall and
"place it In the window of the K. K. K.
8tore. Mr. Yeghte has the plans com
pleted, and these are open to the pub
lic at his office In the First Trust and
Savings bank building.
The plans are for a building to cest:
$30,000. There are to be full base
ment, two stories and a tower, in all
seventy feet high.
The basement and foundation are
to be of concrete, the front of pressed
brick and artificial stone and concrete
fluted columns, and the Interior of
