California-Oregon Tower company to
buy their power site on Klamath
river, and others haro held that the
California-Oregon Power company
was throwing obstacles In tho way of
the application.
It has Just come to tight that the
railroad commission of Oregon took
tho matter up with tho Kerns'
brothers just a few days before the
day on which they had planned to
mako application for a franchise.
Whether or not this communication
caused a change -of plans Is not
known.
