Pine Townslte company, wherein the
power company ajree to complete,
operate and maintain an electric rail
way Into La Pine within three years

power company will erect, operate
and maintain, transformer station
at; La Pine in connection with th
power plant it is arranging to Install
at' Prlngle Falls, alt miles northwest
of La Pine.
"Concerning the Prlngle Falls power
site, It will be remembered that the;
company recently completed the en-1
glneerlng work lor Ita Urft4 pla
for developing that site, having deter-.
mined that it will be capable of devel
oping from 10,000 to 12,000 electric
horsepower there at comparatively
small cost, the power being only a
thousand or so less than Is developed
at the city of Minneapolis, where the
largest flouring Bills In the world are
being operated by electricity. It will
alee be remembered that the plana of
th power company contemplated the
Installing of a sawmill at Prlngle
Falls, to manufacture lumber prin
cipally for the outside market.
