entered a plea of not x'.illty.
M. P. MIcMer, the complaining wit

Mr. Carroll a mortgagor of personal
property told Mm a buggy, harness,
eeder, barrow, plow, scntcs, black
smith outfit, f tc.of a value of $500,
and that Mr. Carroll represented the
property a free from encumbrance.
The prorcrty was disturbed by a re
plevin suit by Martin Urothcrs on
March nth.
Sererat clashes occurred during
hearing between the complaining
witness and the attorney for the de
fendant. On one occasion Onelll
tuned to the witness and said: "You
close up and shut up." Mr. Ferguson
Intervened In a pacific way, and Mr,
Ocelli retorted:. "There are some
thing you have seen that you woutd
not like to describe." The caso was
