Several years ago when tho surrey of the Klamath reservation was made the boundaries which wero then speci fied were so Indistinct that a new sur vey was ordered, and when this had been completed It wa discovered that miirh land which had been supposed to bo outside the reservation was In reality Included within Its boundaries. A com mission was appointed during Cleve land's administration to resurvey tho reaervntlon and fix the commutation due the Indians for such land as had been patented, hut which In reality should have belonged to them.
