Four store rooms aro to faco on Main street and one on Sixth street, each having a front ot steel and plato-glass. The structure will bo modern In every respect, and will be ono of the hand somest buildings In the city. Full rock face will be used for the front and unfinished for the rear walls. This will bo the first building In the city madu ot this material, and It wilt bo watched with a great deal ot In terest by prospective builders. Material Passm Itigld Testa Tho process for tho manufacture ot this material Is patented one, and this will bo probably the first structure In the tate In which It la used. The company waa organised this year, and for the past few months experiments have been tar ried on for tho purpose ot subject ing tho blocks to a rigid test.
