It was 1:45 p. m. when they filed back Into tho courtroom and tendered to the court their verdict of guilty. Coss waa charged with a statutory- crime by Carrlo Stags, a 11-year old girl. Miss Stagg was employed as a do mestic In tho Coss family, and she testified that Coss visited her room late at night and assaulted her.
